Champagne Irroy Extra Brut NV

Located in Reims, Champagne Irroy was purchased by Taittinger Champagne in 1955 (but is operated independently). This, their Extra Brut NV, is an elegant yet characterful Champagne, with a lightness of touch that makes it a perfect aperitif or party tipple.

It is a blend of 30% Chardonnay (finesse and elegance) , 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (structure, richness, fruitiness and a smooth mouthfeel), and is aged for a minimum of two and a half years before release.

Very fresh with pure and subtle hints of red apple, lemon and lime. Finishes with a discreet creamy overtone. A very well balanced and harmonious Champagne.
