Edgebaston is situated on 50 acres of South Africa’s finest viticultural real estate in the foothills of the Simonsberg Mountain. It was founded by renowned South African winemaker, David Finlayson in 2004. In the early years of development, David invested his time and energy in ensuring that only the best vine material available was planted, nurtured and trellised. Only organic fertilizers are used in the vineyards.
