Andy's Tasting Notes
Gigondas can sometimes be a little bit, shall we say, rugged! But this version is beautifully luscious and harmonious with lots of personality and nuances. Bags of black and red fruits with herbs, liquorice, coffee and spice. There’s an intriguing savoury and mineral element too. All in all, a thoroughly approachable and agreeable southern Rhone red.
Grenache Noir 80%, Syrah 10%, Mourvèdre 10%
Decant 1 hour before serving.
Will keep to 2030.
Price per bottle £19.75
