Andy’s Tasting Notes
This has long been a favourite of mine. Off-dry yet tinged with slatey minerality, subtle spice and crisp acidity. Totally moreish and refreshing, yet for only 9% alcohol it has a seriously concentrated core of rich fruit, however is very light, delicate and etheral.
