Andy's Tasting Notes
Dry, elegant and fragrant. Hints of peach and redcurrant with a crystal clean and gently mineral and savoury overtone. A stylish and versatile rose.
90% Grenache Gris, 10% Carignan
Made from predominantly pale-skinned Grenache Gris from 10 to 20 year-old vines, traditional southern “pressurage direct” is used to create a very pale rosé; grapes are pressed slowly and rather than a short maceration with skins as is usual in rosé, the juice is run-off without time in contact with the skins.
Price per bottle £10.40
