A Bordeaux blend produced in an opulent and intense style with impressive layers of flavours and complexity. Excellent rich hints of cherry, blackcurrant, dark chocolate, cedar and wood-smoke. Very harmonious with balanced grainy tannins, fine acidity and a lovely long finish.
Produced from a selection of only the best barrels in the cellar.
48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc.
Decant 2 hours before serving.
Has fantastic ageing potential – will keep till 2030.

Gary and Kathy Jordan have been making world-class wines since 1993 on a farm with a history going back over 300 years. Together this husband and wife team is a phenomenon. Gary’s parents, Ted and Sheelagh, bought the 146 hectare Stellenbosch property in 1982, and embarked on an extensive replanting programme, specializing in classic varieties suited to the different soils and slopes.
