Only produced from small batches of cherries and distilled with great care and attention. Fragrant and aromatic. Beautiful purity. Generally in France these are served ice cold from the freezer as a digestif, but feel free to experiment and also try at room temperature! Some people like ’em one way, some like ’em the other way ! Also delicious when served with pastries/pies of their type.
