Producer notes: Recognised by many as Australia’s newest high-quality Riesling region, this region encompasses a spectrum of sub-districts that are delivery remarkably delicious and often age-worthy wines of tremendous success. Neutral yeast was used for the fermentation in order to retain the inherent fruit characters. Besides, as little intervention as possible is made in order to produce a varietally pure, excellent, early to mid-term drinking wine.

Vineyards are tended as organically as possible and wines are made with minimal intervention, reflecting a dedication to sustainable grape growing and wine production practices. The team ensures available resources are used efficiently. The effects of the winery operations on the environment are minimised and materials are recycled wherever possible.
