Shotfire Quartage 2015, Thorn-Clarke
Australia / South Australia
Andy's Tasting Notes
36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Cabernet Franc, 20% Petit Verdot and 16% Merlot. Fascinating blend with each grape contributing to a multi-layered complex and very satisfying finale. Rich red and black fruits, spice, herbs refined tannins and understated oak. This has a lot going on yet is a very balanced and poised red.
Price per bottle £15.90
